Company Background:

We are representing our client, which is from palm oil and manufacturing industry. As their expansion, they are currently hiring a Sales Coordinator for their business.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the Chief Trader on contract or trade documentation workflow
  • Coordinating, supporting contract administration including recording of trade, creating confirmation, dealing with customers
  • Assist with customers queries
  • Making calls or messages to customer on their queries and requests
  • Provide administrative support to Sales or Chief Trader and day-to-day customer interactions

Job Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of sales or sales support experience
  • Customer service focused
  • Good multi-tasking and communication skills, spoken Mandarin is advantageous (due to business nature)
  • Good computer skills in Microsoft Office, Mobile Apps
  • A team player with adaptable approach to work
  • Diploma holder and above

Job Details:

  • Working hour: 9.30am 5.30pm (Mon-Fri)
  • Location: Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur
  • Open to palm oil millers, manufacturing industry
  • Hybrid work basis
  • Contract based
