Company Background:
We are representing our client, which is from palm oil and manufacturing industry. As their expansion, they are currently hiring a Sales Coordinator for their business.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the Chief Trader on contract or trade documentation workflow
- Coordinating, supporting contract administration including recording of trade, creating confirmation, dealing with customers
- Assist with customers queries
- Making calls or messages to customer on their queries and requests
- Provide administrative support to Sales or Chief Trader and day-to-day customer interactions
Job Requirements:
- At least 2 years of sales or sales support experience
- Customer service focused
- Good multi-tasking and communication skills, spoken Mandarin is advantageous (due to business nature)
- Good computer skills in Microsoft Office, Mobile Apps
- A team player with adaptable approach to work
- Diploma holder and above
Job Details:
- Working hour: 9.30am 5.30pm (Mon-Fri)
- Location: Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur
- Open to palm oil millers, manufacturing industry
- Hybrid work basis
- Contract based
