INTERNSHIP IN MARKETING AND SALES

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Provide sales administrative & service to support customers' sales request, inquiries and manage complaints.
• Liaise with production, customers, inter-department and forwarding agents for the sales orders, shipment deliveries and follow up.
• Maintain and update sales and customers record.
• To support Head of Department in preparing monthly sales reports.
• Communicate important feedback from customers and internal.
• Manage & maintain proper recording, filling and documentation of all related sales and operation activities.
• To perform ad-hoc task as when required by the management from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Economic, Marketing, and others relevance fields.
• Required excellent communication and interpersonal skills in handling, dealing, understanding and interaction with customers, courier agents and etc.
• Can work in team and under pressure.
• Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Job Type: Internship

Pay: RM300.00 per month
