Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to achieve company revenue targets.
2. Lead the sales team to meet individual and team sales goals.
3. Analyze market trends, identify new opportunities, and expand the customer base.
4. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
5. Provide regular sales reports, including sales data, forecasts, and performance evaluations.
6. Train and motivate the sales team to improve their skills and product knowledge.
7. Coordinate with various departments to ensure a smooth sales process.
8. Address customer needs and complaints to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Qualifications and Requirements
1. Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Experience: At least 3 years of management experience in sales or a related field, preferably in the retail industry.
3. Skills:
• Strong ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
• Excellent team management and motivational skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyze market data and create actionable plans.
4. Language Proficiency: Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Chinese proficiency is an advantage.
