-To process orders by Territory as per assigned (territories assigned is subject to change according to company’s requirement from time to time)
- QT, SO,PI, DO & Invoice and retrieve POD if needed by reps.
- To process the order, returns, and exchange.
- Print sales orders on a daily basis via the system for all salespersons across every state.
- Generate delivery orders daily for all sales orders.
- Choose correct lot and expiry based on first in first out (internal lot)
- Ensure the creation of all invoices and consignment notes, providing invoices to customers daily (prior to departure).
- Ensure all picked and packed orders for your territories are invoiced before the end of the day.
- To assist sales reps (as per assigned) inquiries via whatsapp or phone call (Invoice copy, Demo request, Sample request, Proforma Invoice.)
- Ensure all pending sales orders (status in progress / open) in the system are dispatched once stock is available- make sure to check on a daily basis.
-Update courier tracking to Google Drive before the end of the day
-Filling all sales orders, invoices/cash bills, delivery orders, courier POD and related documents in monthly folders by weekly.
-Prompt response to WhatsApp inquiries from team members.
-Possess comprehensive product knowledge, including unit measurements and pricing.
-Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by superiors as required.
