  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Candidate Must work at Port Klang Free Zone Westport

  • Key in Tally Sheet and packing list information in Inventory System (WEBLINK), Email the CRA tally sheet and other report to clients.
  • Filling of the Tally Sheet, CRA, important document.
  • To receive delivery schedule from client or from other department and check the stock balance, allotment no. and other information.
  • To maintain housekeeping from time to time at warehouse area.
  • To perform montly internal stock check all customers.
  • To assists client for external audit / stock count.
  • To prepare customs report for bonded cargo.
  • To follow & comply with SHE, QMS & EMS requirement and the procedures.
  • To ensure and follow clients and company work instruction / SOP.
  • To prepare Billing for selected customers.
  • To make a truck booking with transport department based on release order & job order.
  • To perform any other assignments as and when directed by superior and comply with company's rules and regulations.
