Job Summary:
The Social Media Content Creator will be responsible for developing and executing engaging social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales for the company. This role requires a creative mind, strong writing skills, and a passion for social media.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
- Develop high-quality, visually appealing content for social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn).
- This includes:
Image/Video Creation: Source, create, or curate engaging images and videos (e.g., product photos, behind-the-scenes videos, customer testimonials, design inspiration).
Copywriting: Write compelling captions, stories, and ad copy that resonates with the target audience.
Hashtags & Trending Topics: Research and incorporate relevant hashtags and trending topics to increase visibility.
Community Management:
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Engage with followers through comments, likes, and direct messages.
- Build and maintain a strong online community.
Social Media Advertising:
- Assist in the planning and execution of paid social media campaigns.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Social Media Analytics:
- Track key metrics such as reach, engagement, website traffic, and conversion rates.
- Analyze data to identify trends and insights that can be used to improve future campaigns.
Stay Up-to-Date:
- Keep up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates.
- Research and identify new opportunities for social media marketing.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong visual communication skills and the ability to create engaging content.
- Proficiency in photo and video editing software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
