Marketing (Lead Generation)

Responsibilities:

• Searching and identifying potential customers of the company in local and international markets.
• Conducting e-mailing campaigns, promote activities in social media (eg. Linkedin) & Writing contents posting.
• Managing the social media platforms of the organizations.
• Building long-term relationships with clients and caring for the positive image of the company.
• Presenting the offer and encouraging potential customers to start cooperation.
• Driving our lead generation campaigns.
• Generating new leads to increase brand awareness.
• Creating fresh lead generation tactics according to customers’ needs.
• Following up on leads and conducting research to identify potential customers.
• Managing our leads to ensure consistent site traffic growth.
• Maintaining our lead databases and tracking lead sources.
• Submitting marketing and sales pipeline reports.
• Collaboration with sales, human resource, product design / development team on planning promotional campaigns or activities.
• Work closely with Poland and Malaysia team to assist in lead generations and other activities.

Requirements:

• At least 3+ years of experience lead generation/lead management.
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to effectively search for information on the Internet and business social networks such as Linkedin.
• Communication skills and ease in establishing and maintaining business contacts.
• Willingness to learn and develop their skills and knowledge in the IT area.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office package (especially MS Excel).
• Fluent in English and has great communication skills in general.
• Characteristics such as openness, meticulousness and goal-oriented attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM8,500.00 per month
