Responsibility
- Building relationships with walk-in customers.
- Providing consultations to assist customers in identifying their needs and matching those wit the proper bike and accessories.
- To provide feedback on customer service issues and to propose appropriate solutions.
- Attend to retail outlet’s daily operations including product display, stock inventory and sales
- Order processing.
- Support in updating social media content
- Performing back-end office functions.
- Housekeeping
- To assist at road shows, trade exhibitions and events.
- Any other tasks as assigned by the Management from time to time.
Requirements
- Required Language: English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Required to work on weekend
- Fresh Graduate / School Leaver / Cyclist encouraged to apply
- Full-time position
