Operation Coordinator
- Operational Support: Assist in overseeing and coordinating daily operations to ensure timely and efficient execution of business processes.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate projects across departments, ensuring timelines, resources, and budgets are met.
- Communication Liaison: Serve as a point of contact between various departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Inventory and Supply Chain Management: Support inventory tracking, procurement, and supply chain management to ensure the availability of necessary materials or resources.
- Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to operational activities.
- Problem-Solving: Address operational challenges, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with team members to find effective solutions.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and make recommendations for improvements.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional support and follow-up with customers, ensuring that operational services meet customer expectations.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred). Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an operations coordination or similar role. Skills: Personal Traits:
