  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional support and follow-up with customers, ensuring that operational services meet customer expectations.

Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an operations coordination or similar role.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and/or project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com).
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Knowledge of supply chain processes and inventory management (optional but preferred).
