Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team. As a Healthcare Assistant at Farmasi Murni Ayer Keroh Melaka, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and supporting the health needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Greet customers, understand their needs, and provide assistance in selecting products.
Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the products sold, including healthcare items, and health supplements.
Sales Support: Assist customers with their purchases, provide product recommendations, and promote special offers or new arrivals.
Stock Management: Ensure shelves are well-stocked, products are correctly displayed, and assist with inventory checks and restocking.
Store Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized store environment for a pleasant shopping experience.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service role is preferred.
Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner.
Knowledge of common supplements and health products is a plus.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
A passion for helping others and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
