Key Responsibilities:
- Research and find new markets, customers, and potential partners in the manufacturing industry.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other key partners.
- Develop sales strategies, generate leads, and work to meet or exceed sales targets. Negotiate and close deals.
- Prepare and present proposals to potential clients, demonstrating how our products and services can meet their needs.
- Work with the marketing and operations teams to create solutions that match customer requirements and ensure smooth project execution.
- Regularly report on sales progress, market trends, and competition to senior management.
Requirements:
- Min 2 years in sales, business development, or account management, ideally in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build relationships with clients and partners.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and the market.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
