Operation Clerk (Haulage) - Immediate Hiring

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Responsible for timely collection and delivery of cargoes.
• Should take note for any damage or abnoemalities found during loading / unloading.
• Responsible for the safety of the cargo e.g proper lashing and belting, covered with canvas.
• Regular check on the vehicles.
• Responsible to maintain the lorry in good condition and cleanliness at all time.
• Obey the highway code and the rules and regulations at the company's premises.
• Perform any other assignments as and when directed by superior/and comply with the company's rules and regulations.
• Perform clerical duties to manage transportation activities.
• Process, prepare and verify all inbound and outbound shipment documents.
• Supervise loading and unloading operations at a transportation or shipment yard.
• Inspect and check the condition of all goods, items and products.

Requirements:

• Qualification SPM / Diploma
• Basic knowledge of transportation and routing
• Willingness to work in a team environment and assist co-workers or supervisor with other duties as required
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently, multitask and ad-hock task when required
