URGENT:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive HR Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to the HR team and assist with daily operations of the HR department. The ideal candidate will be able to handle sensitive information, provide assistance with HR-related tasks, and contribute to the overall smooth running of HR activities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
o Provide administrative support to the HR department, including managing schedules, preparing reports, and handling communications.
o Organize and maintain HR files, records, and documentation (employee files, performance records, etc.).
o Schedule interviews, meetings, and training sessions.
o Assist in coordinating new hire onboarding, including preparing paperwork, organizing orientations, and managing the induction process.
Employee Relations Support:
o Assist with employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
o Help coordinate employee engagement activities and company events.
o Support the implementation of employee wellness programs and other initiatives.
Recruitment Assistance:
o Help coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and reference checks.
o Assist with maintaining relationships with recruitment agencies and other talent sourcing channels.
Payroll & Benefits Support:
o Assist with payroll processing and ensure accurate data entry of employee information. o Coordinate and track employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.
o Help maintain records of employee attendance and absences.
Compliance & Documentation:
o Ensure that HR activities are compliant with local labor laws and company policies.
o Assist with the preparation and maintenance of reports related to HR metrics (e.g., employee turnover, hiring stats, etc.).
o Help prepare documentation for audits or compliance checks.
General HR Support:
o Provide support for performance management activities and appraisals. o Help with managing HR software systems and databases.
o Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor in all interactions with employees and managers.
Skills & Qualifications:
_ Education: _
o Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience:
o 1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles (HR assistant, office assistant, etc.).

o Strong organizational and time-management skills.
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
o High attention to detail and confidentiality.
o Ability to multitask and handle a variety of responsibilities.
o Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
o Knowledge of HR policies and labor laws is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
