Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a creative, innovative, self-driven, and experienced Social Media Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling different accounts of clients, creating engaging content and streamline brand direction and managing our clients’ social media presence across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, XHS, LinkedIn and etc.) to further drive user engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

    -Strategize, develop, and implement robust social media content plans that align with current trends and the target audience for our client’s brands. -Product and schedule a wide variety of content including written content, ideation of monthly content direction, graphics design direction, and photo and video shooting directions for each brand. Manage content production together with the in-house designer and external agencies where applicable. -Manage social media accounts simultaneously, alongside fellow team members, and ensure consistent messaging and alignment with brand identity. -Leverage a deep understanding of branding and positioning of the client’s brand to create compelling social media campaigns. -Ensure high-quality execution of projects in a fast-paced environment, paying close attention to detail and accuracy. -Maintain a high level of organization, tracking and reporting on social media metrics regularly. -To take the lead on Social Media Management team and provide guidance to the teammate, and ensure every project can meet the client’s expectations.
