Event Management Executive
Responsibilities • Plan and organize events, including workshops, thematic activities, and family-friendly programs. • Develop creative concepts and schedules for events to ensure a memorable experience. • Coordinate with vendors, venues, and team members to ensure seamless event execution. • Manage on-site event operations, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for participants. • Communicate effectively with parents and families to promote events and address inquiries. • Supervise event team members to ensure the quality of activities and adherence to safety protocols. • Monitor feedback and performance metrics to continuously improve future events. • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and event standards.
We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Event Management Executive with a passion for planning and executing engaging events. The ideal candidate will have experience managing events, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to create memorable experiences for attendees. This role involves overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of children’s and family-oriented events, ensuring a fun and safe environment for all participants. Requirements • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Early Childhood Education, or a related field. • Knowledge of event planning, logistics, and execution. • Experience planning and executing children’s or family-focused events is an advantage. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively with a team. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Willingness to work on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) with weekday rest days. • Possess own transport (car or bike) to travel to event locations.
