- Using the help desk management tool, log and assign requests
- Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, helping them with IT-related problems and inquiries. Educate users on basic IT procedures and best practices
- Troubleshoot hardware and software, technical, network issues
- Keeps detailed records of the client's issue, the steps taken to resolve it, and any relevant information. This documentation is valuable for future reference and analysis.
- Collaborate with other team members, including sales support, system technical support, Support Operation managers, and sales team to ensure client’s overall stability and effectiveness of the solutions provided.
- Conduct routine maintenance activities with team member, such as system updates, patches, and backups, to ensure system reliability and security. Monitor system performance and take proactive measures to optimize it.
- Experience in customer service
- Fluent in Mandarin & English
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
