Job Description
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engage target audiences, and drive website traffic.
- Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and LinkedIn to meet marketing objectives.
- Create, curate, and manage content for the school’s website, social media channels, email newsletters, and blogs.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other analytics platforms.
- Manage the school’s social media presence, including responding to comments, interacting with followers, and creating engaging posts.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for digital growth.
- Assist with SEO efforts to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.
- Assist in the creation and management of email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, content creation, and performance tracking.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the school’s marketing efforts are innovative and effective.
Job Requirements
- Educational Background: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. A degree or certification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Digital Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid search, social media marketing, email marketing, SEO, and content marketing. Experience with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, etc.) is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia are essential for crafting engaging content and interacting with audiences.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze digital campaign performance, interpret data, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing strategies.
- Creativity: Ability to think creatively and develop engaging content and campaigns that capture attention and resonate with target audiences.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects, meet deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners to execute marketing strategies.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust strategies and tactics based on performance results, trends, and industry changes.
