The Patient Service Representative at our Aesthetic and Wellness Clinic serves as the face of our practice, providing a welcoming and luxurious experience for all clients. This role is responsible for managing appointments, addressing client inquiries, and ensuring seamless coordination of services in a professional and confidential manner. Key Responsibilities

1. Patient Interaction:

  • ⁠ ⁠Greet and assist patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • ⁠ ⁠Address patient inquiries regarding appointments, services, and billing.
  • ⁠ ⁠Handle patient complaints or concerns and escalate them when necessary.

2. Appointment Management:

  • ⁠ ⁠Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments efficiently.
  • ⁠ ⁠Confirm patient appointments and provide necessary pre-appointment instructions.

3. Administrative Tasks:

  • ⁠ ⁠Register new patients and update existing patient information accurately in the system.
  • ⁠ ⁠Verify insurance information and ensure eligibility for services.
  • ⁠ ⁠Collect copayments and other fees, issuing receipts as needed.

4. Record Keeping:

  • ⁠ ⁠Maintain and update patient records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
  • ⁠ ⁠Assist with the preparation of documentation required for medical procedures or referrals.

5. Collaboration and Communication:

  • ⁠ ⁠Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
  • ⁠ ⁠Relay relevant information to other departments as needed.

6. Compliance:

  • ⁠ Adhere to healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • ⁠ ⁠Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • ⁠ ⁠Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service role preferred
  • ⁠ ⁠Proficiency with scheduling software, electronic health records (EHR), and office equipment.
  • ⁠ ⁠Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • ⁠ ⁠Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • ⁠ ⁠Empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
