  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at Perfect Host Borneo. As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our property is clean, well-maintained, and ready for guests.

Cleaning and Maintenance:

  • Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas according to Airbnb standards and check-in/check-out schedules.
  • Dust, vacuum, mop floors, and make beds in all guest areas.
  • Ensure all appliances, furniture, and fixtures are in proper working order and report any maintenance issues to the Housekeeping Supervisor.

Inventory and Supply Management:

  • Maintain and organize housekeeping supplies, linens, and toiletries.

Guest Experience:

  • Ensure that rooms and common areas are ready for guest check-in by the designated time.
  • Respond to guest requests for additional items (e.g., extra towels, toiletries) promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

  • Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience, preferably in a hospitality setting.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently, managing time well to meet check-in/check-out deadlines.
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
