As an AI Developer specializing in LLMs at Embedded LLM, you will play a crucial role in developing and deploying cutting-edge AI solutions for our clients. You will work with a team of talented engineers to integrate open-source LLMs into various business applications, optimize their performance, and ensure their seamless operation. Your work will have a direct and immediate impact, contributing to a rapidly evolving product and helping shape the future of how companies interact with and benefit from AI. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the development and enhancement of JamAI Base, our collaborative AI-powered spreadsheet platform, making it an even more powerful tool for building and deploying LLM-based applications. A significant portion of this role will involve contributing to the development of JamAI Base, utilizing technologies like Svelte, TypeScript, JavaScript. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement solutions that integrate open-source LLMs into client applications and workflows. Develop and implement prompt engineering strategies to achieve desired outcomes from LLMs. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand their needs and translate them into effective AI solutions. Lead the development and improvement of the JamAI Base front-end, using Svelte, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code for the JamAI Base open-source project. Collaborate with other developers on the JamAI Base open-source project, participating in code reviews and contributing to architectural decisions. Contribute to the development and improvement of JamAI Base, our collaborative AI development platform, by integrating new LLMs, creating innovative features, and enhancing its usability. Stay up-to-date with the daily advancements in LLM research and technology, and apply them to improve our solutions and products. Contribute to open-source projects and the broader AI/ML community. Document your work and create clear, concise technical documentation for both internal and external use. Work effectively as part of a remote, globally distributed team. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or equivalent practical experience. 1+ years of experience in software development with a focus on AI/ML. 1+ years of experience working specifically with Large Language Models (LLMs). Strong programming skills in Python. Experience with front-end development, including JavaScript and at least one modern front-end framework (e.g., React, Angular, Svelte). Experience with LLM including Gemini Pro 1.5 and 2.0, OpenAI GPT-4o, OpenAI O1, Llama 3.3, BERT, Cohere Command R+, Mixtral 8x22B, Reka Core Experience deploying and optimizing LLMs in production environments. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with prompt engineering and fine-tuning LLMs for specific tasks. Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes). Experience contributing to open-source AI/ML projects. Familiarity with low-code/no-code development platforms and their integration with LLMs. Experience with JamAI Base or similar collaborative AI development tools. Strong proficiency in Svelte and TypeScript. Experience building and maintaining open-source front-end projects. Passion for open-source AI and democratizing access to LLM technology.
