About The Role
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Special Officer to Chairman. As a Special Officer to Chairman, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Chairman in managing their responsibilities and driving strategic initiatives forward. You will work closely with the Chairman to ensure effective communication and alignment between various stakeholders within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Chairman in preparing for high-level meetings, including researching and gathering relevant information.
- Coordinate and manage the Chairman's calendar, scheduling appointments, and making travel arrangements as needed.
- Provide support in drafting and editing important documents, presentations and reports.
- Act as a liaison between the Chairman and the other executives, employees, clients and external stakeholders.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis on industry trends, competitors and market opportunities.
- Monitor and track progress on key projects and initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met. Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

- Experience supporting c-suite/senior stakeholders
- Strong project/program management and organizational skills

- High EQ (Emotional Intelligence)
- 4+ years of full-time work experience with at least 2 years as a Special Officer/Executive Assistant
