Job Requirements Practical experience with Accounting software (such as MYOB) Certificate or Diploma in Finance, Accounting or Similar Independent, ability to work under pressure. Fast learner, organized, methodical, problem-solver with a can-do attitude. Strong communication and computer skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (such as MS Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint etc). Possess at least 2 years of relevant working experience preferably F&B industry. Job Responsibilities Accounting Responsibilities include: Perform routine accounting entries in the accounting system and other standard bookkeeping tasks. Prepare and file all types of accounting related documents eg. payment vouchers and supporting documents, receipts, deposits, purchase orders, invoices, quotations, delivery orders etc. Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable. Assist in preparation of monthly inventory reports, inventory count and sales report Any other accounting tasks as may be required by the Head of Finance from time to time. Administrative duties include: Keep an organized filing system for both hard and soft copy documents. Assist in matters pertaining to procurement.
