SMT Manager (PCBA)

Job Description: - Manage SMT production lines to ensure efficiency and optimal performance. - Lead engineers and technicians in troubleshooting and maintaining SMT equipment. - Monitor production schedules to meet delivery timelines and quality standards. - Drive continuous process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce defects. - Ensure compliance with safety guidelines, company standards, and industry regulations. - Collaborate with engineering and quality control teams to resolve production issues and implement corrective actions. - Maintain documentation for SMT processes, equipment maintenance, and production metrics. Job Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field. - Minimum 5 years of experience managing SMT production lines in electronics manufacturing. - Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and focus on continuous improvement. - Proficiency in SMT equipment and processes like reflow soldering, pick-and-place, and AOI. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
