Service Advisor

Salary stated does not include sales commissions and incentives. This role is entitled to Personal Sales Commission and Incentive. Location: Bukit Raja, Klang, Selangor. Working hours: 9 am to 9 pm (Mon - Fri) 9 am to 1 pm (Sat) Responsibilities: 1. Provide expert advice on vehicle maintenance and repair needs. 2. Greet customers, assess their service needs, and provide accurate estimates. 3. Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians and the parts department for smooth operations. 4. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of service records. 5. Oversee quality control of completed services and repairs to ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Handle complex customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues professionally. 7. Promote additional services and vehicle maintenance products. 8. Train and mentor junior service advisors as needed. Skills and Qualifications: 1. At least SPM or equivalent. 2. Diploma or Degree in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is an advantage. 3. 2-5 years in automotive service (dealership, garage, or service center). 4. Supervisory experience (for senior positions) is a plus. 5. Strong customer service and communication skills. 6. Basic technical knowledge of automotive systems. 7. Problem-solving and organizational abilities. 8. Sales and attention to detail. 9. Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
