Responsibilities: • Administrative Tasks: o Handle general office administration, including filing both digital and physical, photocopying, and data entry. o Provide administrative support, prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports.. o Assist in travel arrangements, including booking flights, notifications for hotel booking and transportation (If any). o Assist and maintain office equipment (IT). o Assist in IT equipment procurement and inventory. o Assist with IT-related project management and coordination. • Technical Assistance: o Provide first-line technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues. o Assist with network and server administration. o Help maintain IT security measures and policies. o Provide support for IT-related training programs. • Other Administrative Tasks: o Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor. Qualifications: • Diploma in IT or equivalent. Experience 1- 2 years. • Basic understanding of IT concepts and technologies. • Strong administrative and organizational skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Experience with helpdesk or technical support roles is preferred.
