We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Executive Assistant to Managing Director (MD) who will provide top-level administrative support and act as a key strategic partner to the MD. The ideal candidate must possess an entrepreneurial mindset, a passion for driving results, and the ability to think critically and creatively. This position requires someone who can anticipate the needs of the MD, facilitate effective communication across all departments, and play a pivotal role in advancing the company's vision, strategy, and growth. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Support - Act as a liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring that communication flows seamlessly. Support the MD in managing time and priorities, including calendar scheduling, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements. Project Management - Take on special projects and initiatives that align with the MD’s strategic goals, driving business growth and innovation. Manage cross-functional teams to execute high-priority projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met. Analyze business performance and provide actionable insights to improve operational efficiency and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs). Entrepreneurial Leadership - Demonstrate a strong entrepreneurial mindset by proactively identifying opportunities for growth and operational improvement. Provide innovative solutions to challenges the MD and organization face, focusing on scaling the company’s operations. Represent the MD in meetings and industry events when necessary, promoting the company's mission, vision, and values. Stakeholder Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives, key clients, investors, and other stakeholders. Assist the MD in managing board meetings and investor relations, preparing necessary materials and ensuring smooth communication. Continuous Improvement - Stay informed on industry trends, market developments, and innovative technologies that can be leveraged to drive the company's growth. ESSENTIAL FOR THIS ROLE 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred. 2. Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative role, ideally in a fast-paced business environment. 3. Proven track record of supporting C-suite executives, managing high-level strategic initiatives, and coordinating complex projects. 4. Exposure to the ASEAN and China markets is not a requirement, but it will be considered an added advantage.
