Responsibilities : • Leader to drive and achieve company sales target • Lead and mentor a team of live hosts to ensure engaging and professional live streaming sessions. ⁠• Develop and manage live streaming schedules, coordinating host availability and maximizing audience reach. • Track host performance, provide constructive feedback, and implement strategies for improvement. • Collaborate with marketing teams to plan engaging live stream content aligned with promotional campaigns. • Set and track sales targets for live sessions, motivating hosts to achieve and exceed goals. • Analyze audience feedback and trends to enhance content and improve engagement during live streams. Requirements/ Qualification: • Proven experience in managing live streaming teams or similar roles. • ⁠Strong leadership and communication skills. • Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement improvements. • Experience in sales or e-commerce is highly desirable. • Familiarity with live streaming platforms (e.g., TikTok, Shopee Live, Facebook Live). • Creative mindset and ability to develop engaging content. • ⁠Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. • Ability to manage multiple live sessions effectively.
