- Updating, scheduling and arranging of meetings, presentations and appointments. Ensure manager is well prepared for the meetings or appointments. - Minutes taking for management, other relevant meetings and writing correspondences as required by manager. - Organizing and maintaining an efficient electronic and paper records filing system in line with the company requirements as well as reviewing the documentation as needed. - Liaison and follow-up with internal and external parties on work related matters to ensure all information delivered is clear. - Manage manager’s personal matters. - Booking and arranging travel arrangements for manager (Flight tickets, hotel booking, passport, Visa, etc) - Document controller of all company correspondences, agreements, various reports and legal documents. - Perform various relevant analysis and research work for manager with recommendations. - Ad-hoc assignments from time to time. - Planning and execution of company events such as festival gifts/digital card, condolences advertisements/gifts, team-building events/gathering and employee related programs. - Provide support/co-ordination with service providers for company IT solutions and software implementation/enhancement initiatives. - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively - Provide product and service information to customers - Maintain customers records and update account information - Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues - Follow up with customer to ensure their issues are resolved - To assist in any other task as and when required by manager
