- Handling full set of accounts and monthly accounts closing - Ensure bank statements are properly reconciled on a monthly basis - Assist in internal and external audits by providing relevant documentation and information and reporting - Process and record all financial transactions including invoices, receipts, debit and credit note, expense claims and project related purchases. - Conduct regular bank reconciliations and manage banking matters - Process monthly payroll and related statutory contributions - Making payments through various mode like bank transfer, cash and etc - Liaise with bankers, external auditors/tax agent / LHDN and stakeholders - To carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time
