Job Scope

As a Car Acquisition Executive, your role is to source, evaluate, and secure vehicles for consignment while ensuring smooth transactions for clients.

Responsibilities

Vehicle Sourcing & Client Outreach

  • Identify and engage car owners interested in selling or consigning vehicles.
  • Build a network for consistent vehicle sourcing.

Client Engagement & Negotiation

  • Explain the consignment process and negotiate terms with clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships for repeat business.

Vehicle Inspection & Valuation

  • Inspect vehicles, verify documents, and assess market value.
  • Identify and address issues like outstanding loans or summons.

Loan & Settlement Assistance

  • Assist buyers with car loan applications and liaise with banks.
  • Help sellers settle outstanding loans and obtain clearance letters.

Ownership Transfer

  • Facilitate car ownership transfers, ensuring accurate documentation.

Administrative & Reporting

  • Prepare contracts, organize documents, and update management on progress.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams for prompt vehicle listing.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
