Job Summary:

As an Accounts Executive (Full Set Accounts), you will be responsible for managing the company’s full set of accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of accounting principles. You will collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions and reporting while maintaining compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle full set of accounts, including General Ledger, AR, and AP.
  • Manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities.
  • Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss accounts.
  • Monitor cash flow, bank reconciliations, and financial forecasting.
  • Ensure all financial records comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Process and verify vendor invoices, ensure timely payments, and monitor collections.
  • Prepare reports for management, including budgeting and cost analysis.
  • Support external audits and liaise with auditors, tax agents, and relevant authorities.
  • Assist in the implementation and improvement of financial controls and procedures.
