Key Responsibilities:

  • Due Diligence: Assist in the HR due diligence process by gathering and analyzing employee data, benefits, and compensation structures of the company.
  • Integration Planning: Support the development and execution of HR integration plans, including communication strategies, change management, and cultural alignment initiatives.
  • Employee Communication: Help draft and distribute clear and concise communications to employees regarding HR related processes, addressing concerns and providing updates.
  • Onboarding and Training: Organize onboarding for new employees to ensure they smoothly transition and fit into the company culture.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Employee Engagement: Assist in designing and implementing employee engagement surveys and initiatives to monitor and enhance morale during the transition period.
  • Support Services: Provide support to employees with queries related to the HR processes, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on the progress and impact of HR integration activities.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Experience: Previous internship or project experience in HR or related fields is advantageous.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
