Now, we are currently looking for a Supervisor to join us!

Responsibilities :

  • Ensure the smooth running of the restaurant by supervising staff, managing customer service, and ensuring all processes are followed.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate restaurant staff, ensuring they provide excellent service to customers.
  • Ensure that all customers have a positive dining experience by addressing complaints or concerns quickly and professionally.
  • Ensure that the restaurant complies with health and safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness, safety standards, and ensure that the kitchen and dining areas are sanitized.
  • Handle any issues that arise during service, including customer complaints, staff concerns, or supply shortages, and ensure problems are resolved promptly.

Requirements :

  • Candidates must have at least a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train, and manage a team to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including food service, inventory management, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Excellent organizational abilities to manage daily restaurant operations, prioritize tasks, and handle scheduling efficiently.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
