Sn. Accounting Executive (Manufacturer)

Working Hours: 8am -530pm; Mon -Fri
Working Location :Jalan Firma 2, Kawasan Perindustrian Tebrau 1, 81100 Johor Bahru, Johor Darul Ta'zim

Job Description:

• To perform monthly financial closing.
• Fixed Asset Control and Inventory Control.
• To prepare, review and analysis accounts. Ensuring revenue, expenses and Balance Sheet items are appropriately captured each month and in accordance with the established accounting standards and finance policies.
• Monthly Cash flow Budget, processing of all weekly payments and ensuring sufficient funds.
• Reconciliation of monthly Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets, Cash Balances, other BS items.
• Ensuring all liabilities and prepayments are taken up accurately.
• Analysis of expenses, explaining for major variances if any.
• Liaison with banker, auditor, income tax department.
• Review Departmental Monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
• Update Standard costing and able to construct variant of costing report (example: PPV, usage variance and etc).
• Others add- hoc tasks assigned from time to time

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting
• 5 Years experience in accounting and related field
• Accounting, Finance, Microsoft Office, ERP system (SAP preferable)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM8,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
