Project Manager / 5 Working days / Construction sector

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and oversee project activities to ensure timely completion, quality delivery, and adherence to budgeted costs for all assigned projects.
• Supervise project assignments to ensure teams meet all requirements, follow planned timelines, and satisfy customer expectations.
• Review project contracts to ensure compliance with obligations and mitigate liability risks effectively.
• Allocate, manage, and optimize project team resources for maximum efficiency.
• Develop and strengthen client relationships through timely communication to align expectations, resolve issues amicably, and ensure successful project execution.
• Collaborate closely with local authorities, internal teams, and external stakeholders to expedite approvals and address challenges promptly.
• Foster a positive and motivating team environment by providing coaching and training to enhance the project team’s skills and performance.

Job Requirements:

• Possess at least a bachelor degree in civil engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of working experience in engineering/construction consultancy firm.
• Prior experience in large-scale civil and high-rise structural project management is required.
• Familiarity with local authorities' requirement for design plans submission and approval.
• Strong leadership and decision maker with excellent time management skill.
