Tugasan/tanggungjawab (Latihan Diberikan)

  • Membantu pelanggan dengan mesra dalam memberikan kaunseling perubatan dari segi ubat/supplement
  • Membantu pharmacist memeriksa kesihatan pelanggan seperti memerika tekanan darah,paras gula,paras kolestrol , paras asid urik pelanggan dan mengedar ubat/suplement dalam pengawasan pharmacist
  • Memastikan produk sedia ada dan paparan produk dalam keadaan baik dan mengamalkan FEFO dan FIFO dalam inventori
  • Terima barang masuk dan menyimpan barang dan terlibat dalam kawalan dan pengurusan stok
  • Bertanggungjawab dalam memberi maklumbalas kepada pertanyaan dan aduan
  • Memastikan tag harga dilekatkan pada produk dan kenal pasti promosi produk terkini dipamerkan dengan baik
  • Bertanggungjawab mengedalikan mesin pembayaran tunai dan kad

Duties/responsibilities (Training Provided)

  • Attends and assists customer, provide product information, find product they are looking for and advice and guidance on product selection
  • Ensures product visibility and product display and practice FEFO and FIFO on inventory
  • Receives incoming goods and stores the delivery and involves in stock control and management
  • Respond and responsible to deal with customer enquiries or complaint and referring the queries to the relevant member of the pharmacy team when necessary
  • Attaches prices tags and keeps up to date with special promotions and putting up displays
  • Responsible for processing cash and card payment and balancing cash register with receipt

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
