・Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients Cultivate new sales leads to establish business
・Sell and negotiate Nippon Express’ services
・Responsible for securing and maintaining new business
・Provide quotes for current and prospective clients
・Perform analytical and logistics planning
・Proactively identify problems and implement effective solutions
・Provide follow-up customer satisfaction with clients as needed
・Achieve individual, team, and company goals
・Work closely with Operations and overseas counterparts to ensure customer freight is being moved
Qualification
〈Must〉
・Diploma above
・Minimum 1-2 years’ work experience, preferably in the ocean forwarding,air cargo, logistics, domestic and cross border transportation
〈Advantage〉
・Sales experience
・Working experience in the logistics, ocean forwarding, domestic and cross border transportation
・Advance hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power Point
・Exposure to Salesforce or other CRM software
〈General〉
・Ability to work both independently and within a team
・Extremely organized and detail oriented
・Must possess a strong work ethic
・Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to negotiate rates, sell services, and build professional relationships via telephone and email
・Strong communication (both verbal and written), problem solving, and decision-making skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
