J - Senior Accounts Executive

Main Responsibilities:

• Reports to the Group Finance Manager.
• Responsible for all day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, taxation and involved in operations matter such as arranging for delivery, sales order and Purchase order.
• Handles a full set of accounts, monitors AR, AP and payroll, and assists in compliance with local statutory requirements, e.g., audit, tax, company law and secretarial issues.
• Ensure timely preparation and submission of monthly management reports to regional headquarters.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, company secretaries, government and other statutory bodies; and
• Ensure effective management of treasury and proper utilization of funds with updated cash flow report.

Requirements:

• Minimum a Degree in Accountancy or its equivalent with at least 4 years of relevant working experience.
• Possess sound knowledge of local accounting practices, tax laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently, meticulous with high level of motivation.
• Statistically inclined with good analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to cope with tight reporting deadlines;
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills; and
• Proficient in accounting software and excellent skills in MS office.
