Position Summary:

This is primarily concerned with the receiving of complaints and coordinating of corrective works and as well as clerical and administration of processes and systems (reporting/ documentation, updating/ filing) of BEMS (Biomedical Engineering & Maintenance Services). This position has frequent contact with internal and external customers, requiring courtesy and patience.

Main Responsibilities:

1. The job's primary responsibility is to meet or excel KPI deliverables and the successful execution of engineering and facility maintenance services.

2. To receive and coordinate dispatch (technicians) to all work requests/ complaints by internal and external customers.

3. To ensure all attended work requests/ complaints are logged in CWORKS System and updated (progress).

4. To perform administration (reporting/ documentation/ updating/ filing) for

(a) Statutory requirement (DOSH License, BKRP Radiology Requirement, BEMS Analyzer Equipment)

(b) Medical gases system

(c) BEMS processes (e.g CWORKS, Procurement, CKAPS, MSQH Requirements & Internal Audit)

(d) Biomedical Asset Management System

(e) Serve Desk Management System

(f) Procurement Management System

5. To oversee preventive maintenance (master list PPM)

6. Assist and evaluate third-party repairs

7. Participates in department orientation and on-the-job training for new employees and internship

8. To take reasonable care at workplace for the safety of oneself, others and to comply with any instruction or measure on occupational safety, health and environment as required. Report all accidents/ incidents and hazard to the Superior and complete the Incident Report Form for each accident/ incident.

9. Perform on-call maintenance after office hours

10. To perform other related duties as assigned by Superior.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
