Job Responsibilities:
- Roll out business application projects in B. Braun companies, and to implement SAP change request to fulfill new/change of business requirement or further optimization of business processes
- Work with various business units or departments to collect and analyze business requirements, identify gaps and propose appropriate solutions that comply with global standards. If program development is required, prepare comprehensive functional specification to enable developer to develop the program. Perform system and user testing to ensure required deliverables are met, and ensure project / change requests are successfully implemented.
- Play the role of 2nd level support to resolve or support incidents raised by users.
- Act as in-house consultant to provide advice to business departments whenever required.
- Train, coach, share expertise or knowledge transfer whenever necessary to project team, business users, 1st level support, external partners or internal IT engineers whenever required.
- Take on the role of project manager whenever required.
- Work closely with global team for SAP S/4 HANA project roll-out in B. Braun Asia Pacific and/or other subsidiaries.
- Adhere to B. Braun standard operating procedure and whenever required, to support system audits.
- Prepare necessary system change request documentation based on B. Braun global guidelines for the purpose of system validation.
- Meet targets for projects involved, support IT management in achieving IT department KPI, and whenever required, participate in process improvement initiatives and achieve operational excellence.
- Keep abreast of new technology and applications whenever required.
- Occasionally may need to travel or work abroad on short duration whenever required depends on project or assignment requirements.
- The job function listed is not exhaustive and shall include any responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or advanced diploma in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Business Applications, Business Administration, Software Engineering or related fields of study.
- Strong knowledge or experience in SAP Sales & Distribution and Order-to-Cash processes.
- Exposure in SAP Logistic, Procurement, Finance, Production, SAP FIORI, SAP Hybris is an added advantage.
- Good understanding of business processes and system requirements for daily business operations.
- Familiar with other integrated modules e.g. Demand-to-Delivery, Procure-to-Pay, Core Finance.
- Implemented at least 3 full cycle of end-to-end ERP system design and implementation.
- Proficiency in ABAP and/or other programming languages is an added advantage.
