Sales Engineer

Job Description:

• Responsible to promote and sell range of products such as transformers, switchgears, & protection relays as whole solution to local market customers.
• Grow and expand the market by identifying potential customer and develop new customer account
• Prepare sales proposal and presentation to potential customer and develop new customer account
• Plan and organize sales call and customer visit schedule
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through quality support and pos-sales
• Achieve annual sales and collective target set by the company
• Provides leadership to the sales team.
• Motivates and encourages sales team to ensure quotas are met.
• Reviews and analyzes sales and operational records and reports; uses data to project sales, determine profitability and targets, and identify potential new markets.
• Identifies and analyzes customer preferences to properly direct sales efforts.
• Assigns territories and sets quotas for sales teams.
• Consults with potential customers to understand their needs; identifies and suggests equipment, products, or services that will meet those needs.
• Resolves customer complaints, staffing problems, and other issues that may interfere with efficient sales operations.
• Collaborates with executive leadership to develop sales quotas and strategies.

Job Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
