Key Responsibilities:
- Production Planning:
- Develop, implement, and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on customer orders, forecasts, and inventory levels.
- Ensure the production plan aligns with the sales forecast, demand planning, and market trends.
- Adjust schedules based on production capacity, labor availability, and raw material supply.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure production targets are met.
- Inventory Management:
- Monitor raw materials, ingredients, and finished goods inventory levels to ensure adequate stock without overstocking.
- Work closely with the procurement team to ensure timely ordering of raw materials and ingredients to avoid production delays.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to identify any discrepancies or shortages.
- Process Optimization:
- Identify opportunities to improve production processes, reduce waste, and enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with quality control and production teams to ensure product quality standards are met.
- Assist in the implementation of lean manufacturing practices and other process improvements.
- Collaboration:
- Liaise with sales, marketing, procurement, and distribution teams to ensure accurate and timely flow of information.
- Communicate production schedules and potential delays to relevant departments.
- Ensure that the production team has all the necessary resources, including labor, equipment, and materials, to meet production goals.
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze production data, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare regular reports on production performance, inventory levels, and cost analysis.
- Monitor production performance and adjust plans as necessary to meet customer expectations.
- Compliance & Safety:
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
- Work with the quality assurance team to resolve any production issues or quality concerns.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and ensure the team follows best practices in food production processes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in production line or supply chain, experienced in F&B Industry is highly preferable
- Strong knowledge of production management, inventory control, and forecasting techniques.
- Familiarity with HACCP, GMP, ISO22000, and Halal Standards.
- Excellent communication skills in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
