Key Responsibilities:

  • Production Planning:
  • Develop, implement, and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on customer orders, forecasts, and inventory levels.
  • Ensure the production plan aligns with the sales forecast, demand planning, and market trends.
  • Adjust schedules based on production capacity, labor availability, and raw material supply.
  • Coordinate with the production team to ensure production targets are met.
  • Inventory Management:
  • Monitor raw materials, ingredients, and finished goods inventory levels to ensure adequate stock without overstocking.
  • Work closely with the procurement team to ensure timely ordering of raw materials and ingredients to avoid production delays.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits to identify any discrepancies or shortages.
  • Process Optimization:
  • Identify opportunities to improve production processes, reduce waste, and enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with quality control and production teams to ensure product quality standards are met.
  • Assist in the implementation of lean manufacturing practices and other process improvements.
  • Collaboration:
  • Liaise with sales, marketing, procurement, and distribution teams to ensure accurate and timely flow of information.
  • Communicate production schedules and potential delays to relevant departments.
  • Ensure that the production team has all the necessary resources, including labor, equipment, and materials, to meet production goals.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
  • Analyze production data, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare regular reports on production performance, inventory levels, and cost analysis.
  • Monitor production performance and adjust plans as necessary to meet customer expectations.
  • Compliance & Safety:
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
  • Work with the quality assurance team to resolve any production issues or quality concerns.
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and ensure the team follows best practices in food production processes.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in production line or supply chain, experienced in F&B Industry is highly preferable
  • Strong knowledge of production management, inventory control, and forecasting techniques.
  • Familiarity with HACCP, GMP, ISO22000, and Halal Standards.
  • Excellent communication skills in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
