  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary:

  • You will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of tools and equipment used in our manufacturing processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficiency, quality, and reliability of our production systems.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop tooling, dies, molds, and fixtures for manufacturing processes.
  • Perform prototyping, testing, and refinement of tools.
  • Ensure tools and equipment meet quality and performance standards.
  • Collaborate with production teams to optimize tool usage and workflow.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve tooling-related issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of tooling designs and modifications.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance tooling efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in tooling design and development.
  • Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software.
  • Strong knowledge of materials science and manufacturing processes.
  • Experience with lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Familiarity with CNC machining and other manufacturing equipment.
  • Knowledge of quality control and assurance practices.
