  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.

  5. Click JavaScript.

Job Vacancy: HR Senior Executive

Location: Tangkak, Johor
Salary: RM 2800 - RM 3500

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with management to align HR goals with business initiatives.
  • Manage the recruitment process and ensure job descriptions comply with regulations.
  • Develop training programs and monitor staff and driver KPIs.
  • Investigate and resolve employee issues and conflicts.
  • Conduct performance and salary reviews, providing constructive feedback.
  • Design compensation plans, employee retention strategies, and foster a high-performance company culture.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR or similar role.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in HR systems and related software.
