Responsibilities:
BS/MS in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities:
- Develops business plans and strategic marketing initiatives for specific market segments to support sales efforts, identify key customers, and foster partnerships.
- Analyzes market data to uncover trends and opportunities, shaping strategic directions and creating engaging market analysis presentations.
- Supports sales teams by identifying and cultivating business opportunities, providing essential information and resources.
- May engage with customers through marketing programs to enhance company visibility.
- Handles pre-sales responsibilities, including pricing communication and updates on schedules and product enhancements for distributors, OEMs, and resellers.
- Manages post-sales tasks such as researching order statuses, addressing potential product issues, and resolving challenges related to shipping, scheduling, and prioritization.
- May conduct short-term sales forecasts for specific product lines.
- Translates broad business strategies into well-defined projects.
- Leads the design and implementation of new programs, processes, and services, serving as a key technical contributor.
- Addresses complex and high-impact challenges in program, process, and project design and development.
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment and to develop teamwork among individuals and over geographically disperse teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to learn proactively.
