Job Description:
- Work with guidance to develop plans and perform necessary actions based on recommendations and requirements in following areas.
- Sending and collecting document from various location in Klang Valley. To ensure compliance with traffic laws while performing duties.
- Setup table and chairs at Multipurpose Hall for events according to request by internal stakeholders. Assist in audio setting setup, top-up coffee machine powder, prepare paper cups for each event and tidy up the Multipurpose Hall after event ends to ensure its readiness for future request.
- Assist in performing miscellaneous maintenance work eg. check quantity of faulty light fixture, maintain cleanliness of storerooms, replace dish wash and hand wash for pantry and accompany vendors during service performed (pest control, potted plants, building management etc.)
- Ensure workstation is clean and ready, pedestal key in place.
- Participate in stationery stock-take exercise to confirm data in stationery inventory database.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum 1 to 4 years working experience as Dispatch cum Office Assistant
- Minimum SPM/Diploma
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
