  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position: SR Data Science Engineer

Salary: Up to RM10,000

Location: PJ - 15 minutes walk from LRT Asia Jaya

JD:

  • Leading a team of data science engineer to achieve company objectives
  • Utilize statistical techniques to develop, implement, and enhance data models and algorithms to support decision-making processes and predict outcomes.
  • Filter and cleanse data to ensure the integrity and accuracy of the reporting database and corresponding reports.
  • Develop and implement data visualization techniques to effectively communicate analytical results and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain tools for monitoring the performance of data models and algorithms, continuously refining these for improved accuracy and efficiency.
  • Actively collaborate with business coordinators, programmers, software developers, and management to identify areas for process improvement, propose system modifications, and develop data governance strategies.
  • Manage and maintain master database, including creation, updates, and deletion, ensuring the data is organized and presented in a readable and useful format.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years working experience in related field.
  • Possess a Bachelor’s Degree (minimum) in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for data analysis, such as Excel, R, Python, or other analytics/data mining packages.
  • Exhibit strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities with a creative approach to tackling complex data challenges and delivering practical solutions.
  • Have experience in supporting data structures, understanding dependencies, and managing data transformation.
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin language.
