Location: Level 21, The Pinnacle, Persiaran Lagoon, Bandar Sunway, 47500 Subang Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan, Malaysia
Working day & hour: Monday to Friday 9AM – 6PM
Contract duration: 6 months under PERSOLKELLY
Duties:
- Understand and implement the client's programs and associated strategies in order to deliver value to patients including adherence to agreed metrics, timelines and data accuracy.
- Updating patient information accurately in client's electronic systems
- Answering phone calls and emails to address patient and healthcare professional enquiries
- Managing various types of physical and electronic documents and other clerical duties
- Support the update of Patient Assistance Program information in digital media
- Execute field-based activities, where needed
- Establish and maintain good rapport externally with doctors, nurses, pharmacists and patients, where needed
- Identify opportunities for enhancing and differentiating the value of our offerings to patients
- Understand and able to execute compliance requirements in alignment with client's Directives and/or other guidance documents
- Execute License-to-Operate requirements as determined during the program start-up phase.
- Obtain necessary approvals for Program execution.
- Identify and escalate potential risks in the execution of client's Patient Assistance Programs schemes to ensure there is sufficient time for risk mitigation actions to be taken.
- Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time as required by the business.
Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills to interact positively with patients and healthcare professionals
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders
- High level of integrity to maintain confidentiality of patient information
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy of documentation
- Strong organizational skills to juggle and prioritize multiple responsibilities and handle interruptions
- Problem-solving skills to manage documentation issues and minor queries from patients and healthcare professionals
- Compassion to help patients and caregivers in difficult situations
- Takes responsibility, drives results and achieves expected outcomes
Education/Qualifications:
- Degree in Life Sciences is an added advantage.
- Prior experience in customer service, healthcare sector or working with patients is an added advantage.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Fluency in written and spoken Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Proficient in basic computer software/applications
