Responsibilities:
- Handle full spectrum of payroll processing activities including computing wages, bonus, allowances, overtime, claims, payroll deductions, advance payments and etc.
- Update payroll system on employee movement including creating new employee profile, promotion, increment, transfer, resignation, allowance, deduction and etc.
- Checking timesheets, liaising internally and with external parties on timesheet details.
- Prepare and submit statutory payroll-related documents, such as EPF, SOCSO, PCB, and EIS submissions, within stipulated deadlines.
- Manage end to end billing processing according to pay listing and input necessary details for billing to clients.
- In-charge of filing employee documents and payroll documents - to complete filing on daily basis.
- Attend to inquires related to payroll and billing.
- In-charge of any other duties or assignment given by management.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources/Accounting
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience
- Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
Schedule:
