Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Deep understanding of the products or services that our company offers.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with prospective and current clients.
  • Study customer needs, pain points and business challenges and create a customised sales proposal.
  • Convincing customers to purchase products and services.
  • Answering customers’ concerns and queries.
  • Documenting sales and processing orders.
  • Gathering feedback from customers.
  • Conducting market research and forecasts to identify customers’ needs and selling strategies.
  • Representing an organisation at trade fairs and other business events
  • Drafting sales reports and submitting them to superiors.
  • Able to explain complex technical concepts to clients in a clear and understandable manner. This involves staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, product developments, and technological advancements.
  • Interact directly with clients to understand their needs, challenges, and requirements.
  • Engage in discussions to gather information, analyze the client's existing systems or processes, and identify opportunities where the company's solutions can add value.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase how the company's products or services work and how they can solve the client's problems.

Education/ Experience Requirements

  • Diploma in Sales and Marketing or related field
  • Experience working in sales or marketing field in technical / engineering related product
  • Preferable knowledge in ANY of the field below:

- Pipe & fitting joints

- Industrial electrical components

- Augmented Reality Training Module

- IIOT

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
